How to get sound on my guitar Randy Rhoads.?
I want to play crazy train like Randy does, I have an Epiphone Les Paul and RR Jackson. To an amplifier with a Line 6 Spider II 75 watts. How do I adjust my amp to get the right sound, what would be the best pedals and the guitar is the best for him I know that Jackson is a Randy Rhoads but I think the Les Paul is more like that in parts of the song.
From what I read the release notes recording and interviews, Randy uses a Les Paul for the majority of "Blizzard of Oz", and about half of the Diary of a madman. " His Marshalls were Super 70 was Leads. The cabinets were an unorthodox by Altec Lansing together instead of heavenly general. Lansing is the most commonly encountered in PA systems then. The firms also increased to increase the production low. Another key element of their sound was a MXR distortion + pedal.
