How do I use a synth plug-in VST in Ableton Live 7?

I recently bought an edition of Computer Music and you want to use the synthesizer VST plugin that is included on the DVD, in Ableton Live 7. Now it is on my computer, how to access it via Ableton?

You have to activate the VST folder in the preferences live in the file folder tab. Then you find your plug-ins in the browser Live by clicking on the icon of the little plug. From here you can drag the synthesizer in the project and start playing (if you have a MIDI keyboard) or double-click an empty slot charger and enter some notes in the sequencer (s probably need to click on the little headphone icon to hear the notes you draw). Press play on your clip to hear the loop, and set the length of the clip if you want to make your cycle longer. Drag a case just over a synth on emerging issues and make some more clips and link with it (bass, drums, strings, etc..)
