Electric bass wiring, luthier help?

My bass is a P-bass copy by danelectro (Rumor bass) but I took off the chorus FX it had and added a Jazz Bass pickup near the bridge. I now want to add a toggle switch. I just need help with the wiring.

It will be a 3-way toggle switch
my bass has the p-bass pickups and a jazz Bass Pickup
it has two pots and one output.

Is there any place I can get some schematics or plans?
Do I need to add more pots or is two okay?
Anything helpful is appreciated

this is a project and its practice for me so please don’t say take it to a musical instrument store or buy a new one.

2 pots will be fine. Your basically wiring your bass much like a Telecaster Guitar.

That has many good diagrams on it. I would try that. Just remember your wires on your pickups might be different than colors than Seymours. So make sure your soldering the right wires.
